We are so happy to make an impact in the way that people experiencing mental health crises receive care🫶

Last week, our Senior Program Manager and Crisis Specialist, Emily Mysel, LCSW, visited UIC for the 2026 IL Behavior Health Crisis Forum: Advancing CESSA Implementation.

This forum discussed ways to provide mental health support in the community.

Emily is pictured alongside Cynthia Plazas (Assistant Director of Counseling Services at Northbrook PD), Patrick Kelley (Mental Health Clinician at Winnetka PD), and Dr. Ben Feinzimer (EMS Medical Director at Endeavor Health).
