We promote economic growth and prosperity of our business community through advocacy, collaboration, education and networking. In January 2020, The Glendale-Area Business Association (GABA) launched and focused on promoting Milwaukee's seven North Shore communities: Bayside, Brown Deer, Fox Point, Glendale, River Hills, Shorewood, and Whitefish Bay. As of April 14, 2022, our chamber members voted
on renaming and rebranding the organization to the North Shore Chamber of Commerce. This chamber organization is sanctioned by The City of Glendale in Glendale, Wisconsin. The North Shore Chamber of Commerce offers benefits based on the feedback and requests from local businesses including Networking Opportunities, Marketing Tools, Professional Development, Advocacy, Resources and Support, and Community Outreach. Our member perks include affiliate saving programs, member-to-member savings, referral service, and so much more! Our goal is to provide a stronger business community within the North Shore and Metro-Milwaukee by building relationships, collaborating, and advocating for our members. On the North Shore Chamber of Commerce- Milwaukee page, we welcome all comments, questions, and opinions (unless they violate our community standards and guidelines below). If there is excessive usage of profanity or hostile verbiage, we will remove your comment from the page as we do not tolerate cyberbullying, hate speech, or the promotion of illegal activity. Community Standards and Guideline Rules are of the following:
1. Profane, defamatory, offensive, hateful, or violent language will not be tolerated.
2. Attacks on racial, social, and other demographic groups or any comments that harass, threaten, or abuse an individual will be removed and possibly reported to authorities.
3. Hateful or discriminatory comments on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or political beliefs will be removed.
4. Discussion or implications of illegal activity will be removed and reported to Facebook and the local authorities.
5.Personal promotion or promoting products and services are not permitted and will be removed. Any comments that we view as life threatening, harmful, or illegal will be removed and possibly reported to Facebook or authorities. If the activity continues, user will be banned from all NORTH SHORE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE- MILWAUKEE social media.
