True heroes do not wear capes! I am lucky to be the wife of a Glendale Police Officer. Although he does not consider himself to be a hero, to me he is a true hero. Each day when he leaves for work I pray for his safe return home as does every love one of a law enforcement officer, fire fighter, and military personnel. These heroes face challenges that only they and those who have been in their sho
es will understand. There is a unique level of courage to love a one of these heroes and accept the challenges of their lifestyle. Only a select few will understand these challenges the heroes and those who love them accept. Not All Heroes was founded due to the need for a single location of available resources and assistance for the true heroes in our community. Being a law enforcement wife that has been through some difficult adventures without any support from other law enforcement wives, I know that this need does that exists within our lifestyle. My Husband and I dedicate our lives to serving our community and making a difference in the lives of others. It is our dream to ensure the true heroes are honored with the highest level of respect while serving with compassion to those in need.
