Glendale has really wonderful people amongst our community.
A local family spent their Saturday afternoon refreshing the basketball court over at the old East Hardin school. They pulled weeds, raked, sprayed to prevent regrowth, painted some lines, and freshened up the backboard.
This basketball court is open for anybody to use. Let’s not let this effort be for nothing. Grab a ball, take the kids, and enjoy some time outside. 🏀

Unfortunately, there will no longer be “food truck nights” at Glendale Gardens on Monday evenings. I know I speak for many as I say it was an enjoyable experience, a great way to relax and hang out as a community, and we appreciate those who coordinated it.

There may be food truck nights in Glendale’s future - and you’ll see post about it on this page if that does happen.

Stay tuned for other opportunities to come together as a community. 🤠

It was great to see such a big turn out today.
We had a beautiful turn out thanks to collective effort from our community.
Thank you to the Glendale Merchant’s Association for working together to organize this event, and the Glendale Lions Club, the Glendale Fire Department, Cecilia bank, and West Point bank for supporting this event.
We will happily do this again next year.
