"Historic Seeley Building" Seeley's Studios building was built in 1926. Family owned business since 1929 till closure in 1997, running as a furniture business.

Later to being used for filming, from 1997 through 2007. This location is the gateway to Glendale. Teaming with CEH (Creative Enviorments of Hollywood), and The City of Glendale. It has been deemed a historical landmark. We have taken the last 4 years to creatively expose the interior of the building into retail and office spaces, and 3 new residential units that we just got permits to start leas
