Hello Partnered Notaries,
I want to express my sincere gratitude to each of you. Your partnership is deeply valued, and VIP NOTARIES OF AMERICA wouldn't be where we are without you!
I'm addressing an issue I've noticed with our signing service. I recently conducted a broad search in our system using a well-known zip code, removing all search criteria to view all notaries.
As you can see:
* The "Orders" column indicates the number of signings completed in the last 12 months, 3 months, and 1 month.
* The heart ❤️ represents the companies who have selected you as a preferred notary.
* The "Feedback" column displays your reviews, with green indicating positive feedback, orange for minor errors that were corrected, red for negative reviews, and black signifying you've been blocklisted.
* Being blocklisted doesn't always reflect negatively on your performance and can occur for various reasons. For instance, a company might blocklist you if you consistently decline specific types of signings, or a signing service might block you for certain clients due to the type of work or at a client's request. Of course, a blocklist can also result from poor performance, in which case a review may be left.
* The "Credentials" column shows who has current credentials.
* Blue (B/C) indicates a background screen, orange signifies E&O insurance, and green means your commission is up to date.
* Greyed-out credentials indicate missing or outdated information. As you can see, many notaries are missing this information - and this is only 2 pages out of about 200!
* Additionally, some profiles are missing a contact number, email, or even a profile picture!
* The "Response" column shows whether you've responded to an order, and D/C indicates a dual commission for those with commissions in multiple states.
Therefore, please ensure that your credentials in any notary platform accurately reflect all your documents if you wish to receive assignments from us or any signing service company. I have posted a video on my page to assist you in uploading your credentials. If you encounter any issues, please contact signingorders directly for help!
Additionally, please answer your phone when we call, confirm the appointment within the first hour of receiving the order, maintain a great attitude, and resolve issues promptly.
VIP NOTARIES OF AMERICA recognizes that we are human and can make mistakes, but we will coach you and help you succeed where you need it as long as you answer with positivity and a great attitude and fix errors promptly. When we detect errors, please take a deep breath, regroup, then focus on correcting the errors. We will give you a chance as long as you take ownership of the mistake and make it right so we can all succeed!
