Rainbow Breathing is one of my favourite calming tools because itโs simple, visual, and it gives the body something gentle to do while big feelings pass through. ๐
If a child is anxious, overwhelmed, frustrated, or heading towards a wobble, this is a lovely way to slow everything down without needing loads of words.
You can use it at home, in the classroom, in the car, or right before bed โ and it works brilliantly for helping young people come back into their bodies when their brain feels too loud.
