My name isn’t on the ballot this year, so you need to write my name in to vote for me.

Go across the top of the ballot until you find the box marked District Attorney, then go all the way to the bottom box - the write-in box.

First, fill in the oval and then write David Soares in the blank space next to it (just like in the graphic/photo below). Voting for me is more important than ever this year and I am humbly asking for your vote.

Illegal dirtbike riding in Albany is out of control, leading to dangerous situations, property damage, and elevated crime rates. To address these challenges, my office has introduced a dirtbike diversion program aimed at reducing crime and improving safety.

This program focuses on education, community engagement, and providing alternative outlets for riders. By offering a safe space for riding and teaching essential safety practices, the initiative helps prevent dangerous activities while encouraging positive community involvement.
