Our Mission Statement: To provide and maintain affordable, energy efficient, safe and suitable housing to benefit Ahtna Tribal Members, Alaska Natives and American Indians and the Copper River Basin with a focus placed on self-sufficiency and economic development.

Our Aspirations and Vision: We aim to be a self-sustaining organization that provides housing to self-sufficient renters and homeowners. Our vision is to provide safe and secure affordable energy efficient housing, supported by high quality infrastructure to meet the needs of our beneficiaries.
