Summer is in full swing across CWI's Residential Division, and we have been making the most of every sunny moment!

Jeanette had the honor of throwing out the first pitch at a Glens Falls Dragons game, with plenty of cheers and encouragement from her friends in the stands.

The ladies at Bradley Avenue have been embracing summer traditions with strawberry picking adventures and delicious s'mores shared with friends.

Bay Road is excited to welcome their new Assistant Residential Manager to the team! We look forward to the positive impact and support they will bring to the home.

And sometimes the best summer moments are the simplest ones. Helen has been enjoying the beautiful weather from the porch, taking in the sunshine and fresh air.

From community outings to new beginnings and everyday moments of joy, summer is off to a wonderful start in our Residential Division!

This week, CWI's Director of Property, Procurement and Transportation and Associate Vice President of Operations traded their offices for the kitchen as part of our Guest Chef program at Bay Road IRA!

The menu featured a delicious Italian feast of chicken parmesan, spaghetti, and meatballs, enjoyed by everyone around the table. More importantly, the afternoon provided an opportunity to connect, share stories, and spend meaningful time together outside of our usual day-to-day roles.

At CWI, some of the best moments happen when we come together over great conversations. Thank you to everyone at Bay Road IRA for the warm welcome and wonderful company. We had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to the next Guest Chef experience!

🌳🍃 In Loving Memory of Billy 🍃🌳

Today, we dedicate this memorial bench in honor of our longtime friend, Billy, from Quaker Road Day Program.

Billy found joy in the simple things, especially the trees and the wind. He would light up with a smile and clap his hands as the branches swayed, often saying they were "happy." His love for nature and his contagious happiness brought so much joy to those around him.

This bench serves as a lasting tribute to Billy and all that he loved. It is a place where friends can gather, reflect, and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors that meant so much to him. Though Billy is deeply missed, his spirit will continue to live on through the memories he created and the lives he touched.
