Our friends from Life Unlimited enjoyed an unforgettable adventure at Ausable Chasm, known as the “Grand Canyon of the Adirondacks!” 🌄 They soaked up the sunshine, got some great exercise, and took in the breathtaking views along the way. What a wonderful day of exploration, fresh air, and fun together! ☀️🥾

We are so proud to share that Andy, who lives at our Cherry Street IRA, had the honor of leading the crowd in "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" at a Glens Falls Dragons game!

Andy stepped up to the microphone with enthusiasm, helping create a memorable experience for everyone at the ballpark. Opportunities like these highlight the importance of community and celebrating the talents and personalities of the people we support.

Thank you to the Glens Falls Dragons for helping make this special moment possible. We couldn't be prouder of Andy for taking center stage and bringing smiles to so many faces!

Way to go, Andy!

Quaker Road has been enjoying all the community adventures lately! ☀️🦜🎨

From exploring animals at The Jungle Experience Zoo, taking walks at Betar Park, caring for our program birds, and supporting local mental health initiatives by “Chalking the Walk,” our friends have been staying active, engaged, and connected throughout the community. 💚

Sunshine, smiles, and making memories!

CWI’s Residential Services have been making the most of the beautiful weather with lots of fun and meaningful activities. From gardening and yard games to blowing bubbles and enjoying ice cream and milkshakes, there have been many opportunities for laughter, connection, and community.

One especially exciting highlight was a first-ever manicure and pedicure experience that brought lots of smiles and relaxation! Moments like these may seem simple, but they create meaningful experiences, build confidence, encourage new interests, and support joyful everyday living.

We are so grateful to our Residential teams for helping create opportunities that make each day special and person-centered.

Community collaboration and connection continue to strengthen opportunities across our region!

CWI’s Community & Employment Division recently hosted a meet and greet with Warren County Family Court Case Manager to provide an overview of our programs and services. The discussion focused on building relationships, sharing resources, and exploring ways we can work together to support individuals and families in our community.

We appreciate the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and continue strengthening partnerships that make a difference.
