My kind of people - volunteer fire fighters ❤️

A great privilege to stop by Middle Road Volunteer Fire this evening to share some good news- I was able to secure the funding for a much needed new truck!

While this pickup we are standing in front of is a classic, it is past its prime. They’ve kept it going since 1997! A testament to how volunteer fire fighters do so much with so little. Keep their equipment going for years and years.

This fire company, like so many others, is in desperate need of funding for equipment so that they can be ready when we call.

I’ll keep fighting to drive state money back home to help them.

But my gosh- we need to do more for our firefighters.

Glad to be able to do something, at least.

So much more to do.

Straub Brewery proudly presented a donation to Road Volunteer Fire Department, Station #174 in Glenshaw, PA as part of it’s Firefighter Appreciation Program.
Receiving the check was Middle Road VFD Chief John Rex and President John Hamilton. Dave Qagner, Regional Sales Manager for Straub Brewery was also on hand for the presentation.
Thanks to Straub customer Michael Restori of Glenshaw who found a winning can in a case of Straub Lager he purchased at Hampton Beer Outlet .

Tickets available for our Dream Raffle

We have tickets available for our Firehall fund raiser. This is our biggest event of the year. It is held at our Firehall and includes food and drink. You can buy one ticket and bring a guest or multiple guests for only $20 each.

If you don’t want to attend you can buy a ticket and we will notify if you win. We give away almost $9,500 in prizes.
