Join the FUN!!

Hey, everyone! Make sure to join us at Peach Orchard Trail for this educational nature walk on October 6th to learn how spending time in nature can benefit childhood development. This walk will be led by three locals who have personally seen and felt such benefits in the Payson area. We will begin walking at 4:00PM, but early arrival is encouraged.

Good information with the current price of eggs.

Freezing Eggs
When you find a sale on eggs, you can freeze them to store for baking and cooking later.
Eggs can not be frozen in the shell, but can be out of the shell.
Crack a single egg into each slot in an ice cube tray. Freeze, then pop out and put back into the freezer in a zip lock bag freeing up your ice cube trays for other purposes.
To use simply leave a cube per each egg the recipe calls for sitting at room temp in a bowl to defrost.
Freeze for up to 3 months or as long as 1 year.
