Gila County Animal Care and Control is pleased to announce the addition of 𝐀𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐞 to its team serving the Payson area.

Officer Thorne recently joined Gila County Animal Care and Control after retiring from the Arizona Department of Corrections, where he dedicated 20 years of service to the State of Arizona. Throughout his career, he gained valuable experience in public service, professionalism, and community relations.

He is committed to promoting public safety, protecting animal welfare, and serving the community with integrity.

Please join Gila County Animal Care and Control in welcoming 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐞 to the team. We look forward to the positive impact he will make throughout the Payson community.
