Today's the day to make your voice heard! Polls are open from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM. If you're in line by 7:00 PM, stay in line, you'll still be able to vote.

📬 TODAY is the last day to return your voted ballot through the U.S. Postal Service.

If you have not mailed your ballot yet, we encourage you to use an official ballot drop box or return it in person to the Gila County Recorder's Office instead.

⏰ Remember: All voted ballots must be received by the Gila County Recorder's Office no later than 7:00 PM on Election Day, Tuesday, July 21. A postmark does not count—they must be received by the deadline.

🗳️ EARLY VOTING IS NOW OPEN 🗳️

Early voting for the Primary Election is available from June 24, 2026, through July 17, 2026, at our Globe and Payson offices, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Please note: Both offices will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2026, in observance of the Fourth of July holiday.

Check your mail! All registered voters have been mailed a 90-day notice. This is your chance to update your voter registration before the Primary Election.

For voters who are not registered in one of the major parties and are on the Active Early Voting List, this is your opportunity to tell us which ballot style you would like to vote in for the Primary Election.

If you are registered to vote in Gila County and do not receive mail this week from Recorder Wendy Mannigel-Smith, there is likely something wrong with your voter registration. You can always check your status and make any needed updates at AZMVDNOW.GOV.
