Check your mail! All registered voters have been mailed a 90-day notice. This is your chance to update your voter registration before the Primary Election.

For voters who are not registered in one of the major parties and are on the Active Early Voting List, this is your opportunity to tell us which ballot style you would like to vote in for the Primary Election.

If you are registered to vote in Gila County and do not receive mail this week from Recorder Wendy Mannigel-Smith, there is likely something wrong with your voter registration. You can always check your status and make any needed updates at AZMVDNOW.GOV.

Jobs are sponsored by the Gila County Board of Supervisors and are based in communities from Payson and Pine-Strawberry, through Globe-Miami and Hayden-Winkelman at the southern tip of Gila County.
Jobs are coordinated by Gila County Government; summer hires are placed with community partners including local towns.
Work can be indoor and outdoor; jobs usually range from clerical work in the Town Hall of Globe or Miami, to library assistance--or as a public health clerk.
There are opportunities to apprentice with an IT professional--learning a range of new computer and network skills on-the-job, as a clerk in a Treasurer’s office--or labor work for Gila County Public Works.
Summer jobs are designed to add to your skillset, expand your contact list--and your career options.

The 2026 Arizona Primary Election date has changed to Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Voter registration closes June 22, 2026, and early voting begins June 24, 2026. Please review the details and stay informed.
