The Gloucester County Economic Development team is excited to share an opportunity for our local businesses and organizations to help inspire the next generation of Gloucester's workforce by participating in FutureFest 2026.

FutureFest is an interactive career exploration event that introduces 7th grade students to the many career opportunities available right here in our community. Through hands on activities, demonstrations, and conversations with local professionals, students gain valuable insight into the industries and businesses that make Gloucester and the surrounding region a great place to live and work.

We encourage businesses and organizations from all industries to participate, including skilled trades, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, public safety, education, hospitality, transportation, agriculture, government, retail, and many more.

Participating organizations are encouraged to create an engaging, interactive experience that gives students a glimpse into your industry while showcasing the skills and career paths available. This is an excellent opportunity to highlight your organization, connect with future talent, and demonstrate how your business contributes to Gloucester's economy.
