National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week honors 911 dispatchers and telecommunicators for their critical role in public safety.

Dispatchers are the ones who stay on the line, track every detail, and make sure help arrives where it’s needed. They hear the fear, the urgency, the unknown — and respond with calm, clarity, and care.
Thank you Red River Regional Dispatch Center for all that you do!

🌟 April is Autism Awareness Month 🌟

Throughout the month of April, our Glyndon Police Officers will be wearing Autism Awareness badges to show our support for individuals and families in our community who are living with autism and other special needs.

These badges are a small way for us to honor, recognize, and stand with the amazing children and adults in our community who see the world a little differently — and brighten it in their own unique ways.

We’re proud to support inclusion, understanding, and acceptance today and every day.

Today the Glyndon Police Department had the honor of supporting Noah Coughlan as he passed through our community during his Run For America journey.

Noah is running across all 50 states to raise awareness for unity, service, and the strength of the American people. His mission highlights the importance of community, connection, and supporting one another — values we’re proud to stand behind here in Glyndon.

We were grateful for the chance to cheer him on as he continues this incredible nationwide effort. Safe travels, Noah, and thank you for inspiring so many along the way!

A little information on Noah's story:
In October 2025, Noah will begin his fifth and final Run across America totaling 5,500 miles across 20 States, a tribute to highlight the American Spirit and stories of the 350 Million American People, meet rare disease families, and interview some of the 70,000 remaining World War II Veterans. Noah has crossed 36 States previously with 14 States remaining. When Noah finishes his final American run on America's 250th Semiquincentennial birthday on July 4th, 2026 in Hawaii, he will become only the 3rd person ever to have crossed all 50 States on foot.
