Reminder tonight is our 2nd Friday night class! 👇

This NEW intergenerational class is moving to the Goddard Senior Center and FREE for our seniors to participate in and build confidence and discipline to be your best.

Taekwondo is a art, sport, self defense and physical fitness opportunity that is FREE for you.

Jr. Grandmaster Kraig Seglem will be instructor for Mondays at 6pm starting May 11th and Jr. Grandmaster Janice Meinhardt will be instructor for Friday's 6:30 pm starting May 22nd, both are 1 hour classes at Goddard Senior Center.

Today is Memorial Day, and as we wrap up the weekend and prepare for the rest of the week ahead, we pause to remember the true meaning of today. 🇺🇸

At the Senior Center, we are especially grateful for the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country, and for the freedoms we are blessed to enjoy because of their sacrifice.

May we never take those freedoms for granted.

We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow for another great week of activities, connection, and care. ❤️🤍💙

1K Walking Club

Meets every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8 AM
Meet at the Senior Center and walk to Linear Park, around the loop, and back. The walk is approximately 1 mile and is led by City Council Member Amanda White.

Maybe the lack of my artistic abilities will get your attention this Friday and Saturday leading you to our Goddard Senior Center rummage sale fundraiser, 😂 to help raise our seniors declutter and downsize while raising money for Easy place projects for our Seniors!

Find us near the goddard water tower and follow the garage signs to our senior neighborhood Easy Place community building. Sale open to everyone!

Do you have items to donate to our Goddard Senior Center and Easy Place Rummage sale???

All proceeds will go to make Easy Place community center more cozy and functional for our needs.

We are also needing a couple more volunteers to help work the SALE on Friday and Saturday, 9am -2pm.
