🏅🎉 Team Beverly Farm is Back! 🎉🏅

What an incredible weekend at the Special Olympics Illinois Summer Games in Normal, Illinois!

Twenty-one Beverly Farm athletes, six coaches, and two Unified Partners proudly represented Beverly Farm, competing with determination, sportsmanship, and heart. In addition to competition, the team enjoyed Opening Ceremonies, a celebratory dinner at Pizza Ranch, the Victory Block Party in Downtown Normal, and a visit to Victory Park before returning home to Godfrey.

🎆 Join Us for Fireworks at Beverly Farm! 🎆

Mark your calendars for Friday, June 26, and get ready for an evening of summer fun!

We're excited to welcome Fireworks Authority—the same team that puts on the spectacular shows for the Alton River Dragons—for a fireworks display beginning at 9:30 p.m.

The Quick Bite Frozen Treats ice cream truck will also be onsite starting at 8:30 p.m. with a variety of frozen treats available for purchase ($2–$5) until the end of the fireworks.

Bring your lawn chairs or blankets, gather with friends and family, and enjoy a memorable evening under the stars. The large lawn area north of our Administration Building is the best location to view our fireworks. We look forward to celebrating summer and an early start to America’s 250th birthday party with our Beverly Farm community!

⚾ What a great night at the ballpark! ⚾

On Friday, June 5th, a group from Beverly Farm enjoyed an evening cheering on the Alton River Dragons as they hosted the Cape Catfish at Lloyd Hopkins Field at Gordon F. Moore Park.

One of the highlights of the night came before the game even started when Donnelley Cottage QIDP Jordyn Henricks had the honor of throwing out the ceremonial first pitch! 🎉

A special thank you to River Dragons owner Steve Marso for his continued friendship and support of Beverly Farm, for providing our group with awesome team jerseys, and for helping make the evening so memorable.

While the River Dragons came up short against the Cape Catfish by a score of 16-6, our team of River Dragons fans had a winning experience filled with baseball, community, and plenty of fun.

Thank you, Alton River Dragons, for a fantastic evening! ⚾💙
