A friendly reminder...

1950s joy: a boy, a kite, and the kind of love that lifts. 🪁

You can almost hear the laughter in this frame — the quick steps, the mother’s voice trailing behind, the wind turning play into freedom.

No screens, no noise, no rush. Just a child discovering the sky, and a mother letting go — not of love, but of control.

Some photos don’t just capture a moment; they remind us how simple happiness once was.”

Be unashamed... when all is said and done, don't get up and run...stand up and be unashamed!

The Victim's Heart
The truth is time will eventually heal a victim's wounds...but some wounds will never disappear, they simply will grow quieter. The pain will soften, scars will form...what once broke the victim will never be erased, it will become something they endured. Ultimately, the success story for a victim is when they rise above the abuse and become a victor in their own story.

BECOME A VICTOR!

The Advocates Heart

No one can help anyone without becoming involved, without entering your whole person into a painful situation. Real martyrdom begins with a victim/witness who is willing to cry-out for help! Be willing to cry with them, laugh with them. When all is said and done, send them back into their life with clarification, understanding, and JOY!
