Today was Mr. Bjorge Spirit Day at Patrick Elementary, a special day dedicated to honoring an absolutely amazing teacher! 🐾❤️

As Mr. Bjorge boldly goes where he has not gone before and treks into retirement, students of all ages and our entire staff want him to know just how greatly he will be missed. 🌌✨

We will always treasure the incredible memories from his classroom. We will never forget:

🦕 Learning all about dinosaurs

📝 Writing suspenseful morning cliffhangers

🌍 Exploring other countries and their unique customs

📚 Storytime, because Mr. Bjorge absolutely does the best character voices!

Thank you for your years of dedication, inspiration, and making learning a true adventure. We wish you the absolute best on this next mission, Mr. Bjorge! You will always be a stellar part of our Panther family. 🐾

Yesterday’s Big Air Day turned into an unforgettable rainy-day adventure. Our Panthers didn't let the weather slow them down for a second—they ran the obstacle courses, conquered the giant slides, and jumped out all their energy until the end of the school day!

None of this would have been possible without our rockstar Patrick PTO. Thank you to all the wonderful volunteers who braved the weather to make sure our students had an absolute blast. 🐾

Yesterday was our annual Patrick Elementary Field Day, and what an unforgettable day it was! Our Panthers brought their high energy and amazing team spirit to an array of awesome games, including:

* 🧽 Splash-filled sponge relay race
* 🎈 Back-to-back balloon race
* 👥 Human ring toss
* 🏁 The classic sack races

To make a perfect day even better, everyone got to cool down with a special, delicious treat from Kona Ice! 🍧✨

A massive THANK YOU to all of our incredible staff & volunteers who gave their time to keep the games running smoothly and make this day so memorable for our students! We also want to give a huge shout-out to our amazing Patrick PTO for generously sponsoring Kona Ice for all of our students and staff today. 🐾❤️

🥫 Over 1,100 Items Donated! You Are Incredible, Panthers! 🐾❤️

A HUGE thank you to our amazing families and community members for supporting Mrs. Laeger’s class food drive! Together, our community collected an incredible 1,151 food items to help provide summer meals for students across District 6! ☀️🛒

A special congratulations goes out to Mrs. Laeger’s class, who donated the most items overall and earned themselves an extra session at Big Air Day! 🥳🎉

It was a tight race all the way to the finish line! Check out the breakdown below to see how close it was and find out how many items were donated per student and per class:

These imaginative Panthers earned their recognition for demonstrating the character trait of Creativity! 🎨✨ Whether it was thinking outside the box, sharing unique ideas, or solving a tough challenge with an innovative mind, these students show incredible imagination and originality every day.

They are a powerful reminder that creativity isn't just about art, but about looking at the world in beautiful, unique ways and making our school a brighter place. We are so proud of your bright minds and your "outside-the-box" spirit! 🐾💡

Our 5th-grade Panthers are officially back from their amazing Outdoor Education trip! 🏕️✨
They traded their desks for the wilderness, and we couldn't be prouder of the teamwork, curiosity, and Panther pride they showed while away. From hands-on science out in nature to challenging themselves on new adventures and bonding around the campfire, they made memories that will last a lifetime. 🔥🧗‍♂️

🔥 Making Memories in the Great Outdoors! 🌲🎒

Our 5th-grade Panthers are having the absolute best time on their Outdoor Education trip! 🏕️✨
From wading into stream studies and taking peaceful solo walks to challenging themselves on the ropes courses and playing outdoor games, they are soaking up every second of this adventure. Best of all, they are bonding with their friends and wrapping up the days laughing and sharing stories around the campfire. 🔥🪵
We are so proud of how they are diving into new experiences, and we can't wait to hear all about their favorite moments when they get back! 🐾❤️
