Don't forget to share your feedback on the railroad quiet zone study comment map!

A quiet zone is a section of track where alternative safety measures are utilized, reducing the need for trains to sound their horns at each railroad crossing and decreasing noise pollution in residential areas.

The City’s annual CIP (capital improvement project) began Wednesday, July 1. The CIP is a proactive road work strategy that uses low-cost treatments (like crack sealing) on streets that are in relatively good condition. Work is anticipated to only take two days to complete, weather dependent. "No parking" signs are posted in the work areas. https://loom.ly/1Jb-ohY
