🌤️ The rain has lifted, and the skies are clear! 🌤️
We are all set for tonight’s event celebrating the 47th Anniversary of the USMC Memorial Foundation.

We are honored to be joined by the Young Marines and the Colorado Wing Civil Air Patrol.
We are also blessed to have the Marine Corps MC providing security to ensure everyone’s safety.

Setting up for todays event for the 47th anniversary of the USMC Memorial Foundation. We will have a special performance by Dave Bray USA, guests of honor: Iwo Jima Veterans Jim Blane & Al Jennings, and Medal of Honor Recipient Drew Dix!

I came out of a counseling session yesterday to a voicemail telling me about this vandalism. The point is that we signed our names to serve and protect this nation and preserve our sacred rights. Among those rights is free speech. We would die today for you to have free speech, but this is not how you exercise that right. this is vandalism pure and simple - illegal and disrespectful to those this memorial honors. If you know anything please contact Golden Police or Jeffco Sheriffs. Donate to help us maintain the Memorial until we can do the remodel! God bless you and Semper Fidelis!

Monday, May 27th was Memorial Day at the United States Marine Corps Memorial. Poolees from RS Denver assisted with the set-up as well as a couple of great boy scouts! Thanks to Zander Bernard and his friend. The day started with quite a few Marines at the Memorial reflecting. It was great to talk to you all. A beautiful day as things came together with a great colorguard led by the State Bagpiper and RS Denver Colorguard; followed by a flyover by the Rocky Mountain Renegades; a presentation by Sgt Maj King at Buckley's CLB 453; and kudos given to Jim Blane - Iwo Jima - who released the doves. Rifle honors by American Legion post 1992 Honor Guard. Thanks to all for a great day. God Bless America and God bless our military!

Thursday May 16th- I prayed for sun, it shined; I prayed for attendance, they came; I prayed for participation, they played; I prayed we'd make some $$$ & not go broke, we did. I trusted the Lord & he was faithful, as always...the USMC Memorial Foundation and NFL Alumni Association thank everyone for your support and hope you'll join us next year for a beautiful day at Castle Pines playing golf! Thanks to Mile-Hi Skydiving for making this Birthday the best ever. My coach Justin was Spectacular! My niece Jenny Sergi made it up for the last jump! So happy! Allright, Allright, Allright! The last of the 6 jumps made on Saturday. I did three jumps and each of my 3 (victims) friends did 1😁1 jump each! Thanks to Abby (middle) who was the last of the three to jump with me. She came all the way from OK to do this to honor the Iwo Jima Marines and me. Done for the day and really tired! Right is my friend Nicole! God is sooo good to me! We thank him for our safety and the fun we had today. More photos to come....
