JCAA Jefferson County Administrators Association JCAA represents the best interests of administrators, carrying out their responsibilities Over time, the function of the Association broadened considerably.

The Jefferson County Administrators’ Association’s existence began in the late 1960’s. In its earliest stages, JCAA served primarily as an outlet for administrators to convene for social purposes. JCAA’s overriding purpose throughout the years has been to represent the best interests of administrators in trying to carry out their responsibilities to establish the best possible learning environment of the children of Jefferson County.
