Golden View is very proud of our Student Ambassador Program, which is meant to welcome new upper school students to the school. Our student ambassadors are dedicated 10-12th grade students who apply to the program and are recommended by teachers. They are each paired with 3-4 of our new upper school students to help them get settled into life at Golden View. They run a New Student Orientation the Saturday before school starts where they teach lessons to the new students on culture, rules, uniforms and more! Our ambassadors then spend the first Semester of school making sure the new students are finding their way around the school, getting involved in clubs and activities, attending teacher office hours, and generally getting comfortable with life as a Sentinel. New this year, our ambassadors are also working with alumni mentors to set their own leadership goals and plan for success after Golden View.
