This year World Breastfeeding Week 2024 is focused on survival and health and well being. Breastfeeding has many benefits for mother and Baby that lead to good health and well being.
For my mamas out there:
"It can help you recover from childbirth more quickly, reduce your risk of high blood pressure and certain cancers"
For my babies:
"It can help reduce the risk of ear infections, asthma, lower respiratory infections, type 2 diabetes and death from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome"
