Each WORKHORSE Soldier in Western NC embodies the citizen Soldier spirit and we are proud of them for their personal sacrifice and their willingness to go above and beyond.

Sgt. Isaac Bradshaw, a combat medic with C Company, 230th Brigade Support Battalion, shields an older couple from debris and strong winds as a CH-47 Chinook lands in , NC, on Oct. 10, 2024. The crew delivered crucial supplies in the aftermath of , helping those stranded by floodwaters.

A team of Charlie Company medics returned back to Goldsboro this morning from their State Active Duty mission to the Western area of North Carolina. These Soldiers volunteered to assist with any complications in areas impacted by the winter storm that moved through the State this past weekend.
