I’m Constable Kevin Story, I AM the ONLY person running for this position who is and will be dedicated to being a full time Constable for the citizens of my precinct. The demands of local law enforcement have changed. The days of working at another job and being a part time Constable no longer viable in our precinct. The position requires full time, dedicated work. Constables are required to attend court during the weekdays when the JP schedules hearings. Part time constables with other obligations that interfere with this responsibility cannot fulfill this requirement, the Sheriff’s Office does not have the manpower to perform duties they are not obliged to. The Constable MUST be there. We don’t want to face a future problem with this. As your Constable, I have maintained a work schedule in excess of 40 hours a week. I work close with other law enforcement agencies and ensure the citizens of Goliad County are safe and secure. Being your Constable is a full time position. You’re paying for a full time Constable. You deserve a full time Constable. I’m Kevin Story, and I am the only candidate who will be a full time Constable for the people of Goliad County Precincts 1 and 2.
