This weeks recipient is Ms. Lindsey Millet. She has shown outstanding leadership and dedication to our 5th grade team. She shows strong leadership, especially now being down a teacher. She goes above and beyond to make sure all students continue to receive consistent instruction. She has stepped in to support those who are filling in for the other class by helping them understand the curriculum, plan lessons, stay on track, and navigate any challenges that arise. She is always willing to answer questions, provide guidance, and make sure everyone feels supported. She leads by example, she is dependable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. She is an example of what strong leadership looks like.
