ATTENTION: TAMARISK INVASIVE SPECIES REMOVAL
NOVEMBER 17 - DECEMBER 31, 2025

Crews will use hand equipment (wood chippers, chainsaws, and herbicide application) in the area at Estrella Mountain Regional Park to remove tamarisk trees and shrubs.

The El-Rio parking lot will be closed during this time to allow crews to work safely. Please DO NOT enter the area. The work area is highlighted in yellow on the map above.
