Foundation for Liberia Reconstruction FLR was founded in Arizona in the year 2009 by Mr. Emmett Kamara and his team with a 501C3 status.

FLR was created to develop, enrich, and educate individuals of Liberian descent to participate in rebuilding Liberia.

Being charitable whenever possible is one of the things I find joy in doing. By the special grace of God I was able to bring smiles to the faces of 150 children. We encouraged you to take heart as his soul is rested with the almighty. We regret your absence Mr. Beh as your words of wisdom, encouragement to the youths in Ghana for their participation in leadership and your down to earth services to the Liberian community in Ghana can not be over-emphasized!
