Huge congratulations to my son Sam (left) and his business partner Bradon (right) on closing their first investment property!

They’ve graduated from “dorm life” at ASU and stepped into real estate ownership—with tenants already in place to help keep their costs low. Smart move right out of the gate.

So I went by myself! Met a new friend, saw old friends, sat by Goodyear Mayor Joe (and told him what I thought the city needed! Lol) and won a basket of hair products & tools. Most importantly we celebrated and lifted up a woman who has given so much to her Buckeye community. What a great evening!
