Camp POSTCARD 2026 was an unforgettable week! ☀️

Our campers had an amazing time making memories, building friendships, and having fun—including four of our own Gorham kids who joined the adventure!

A special thank you to the dedicated police officers and corrections officers who served as camp leaders, including Ofc. Stroup. POSTCARD stands for Police Officers Striving To Create And Reinforce Dreams, and they truly did just that for our kids this week.

We all had a blast! ❤️🚔

These keys were found by a citizen near the field of dreams in Standish. If you have lost yours, or know somebody that has to a Nissan, please let them know that we have them at our police station. That additional key is a very specific looking key that hopefully will help somebody find out where they are.

Today was an outstanding day as officers from the Gorham Police Department, Windham Police Department, Westbrook Police Department, and the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office came together for a great cause. By participating in the Torch Run, they proudly supported Special Olympics athletes and helped raise awareness for the dedication, determination, and achievements of these incredible individuals. It was a great display of teamwork, community partnership, and commitment to making a positive difference.

We would love to give a huge shout out to our Volunteers in Police Service again for really stepping up to do a great job helping us to keep everybody safe.
