The most happening place in Gorham! Located on Main Street of beautiful downtown Gorham, New York. Chartered in 1914, we are located in one of the most historic buildings in Gorham, the former Presbyterian Church. Our building was built in 1862, but you would never know it once you are inside! We have created a warm and welcoming where you can stop in for a quick visit or stay and hang out for a w

hile. With public computers, free WiFi, comfy seating, and a shelf of games for the kids, we have something even for the non-readers among us. Public Social Media Content
The library welcomes public comments, images, posts, and messages,but personnel will review this content to ensure permissibility. Impermissible Social Media Content
Examples of impermissible communication include content that is commercial in nature such as advertisements for non-library
related sales or events. Furthermore, any discriminatory or derogatory communication including comments or images that may be
considered offensive, racist, sexist, ageist, ethnically demeaning , hostile to any religion, or antagonistic toward others’ political
affiliation will be viewed as impermissible. Permanent Page Visitor Blocks
When impermissible comments are posted, the library will:
● Remove the comments from the social media page and privately (if possible) contact the people who posted them
● Permit new posts from page visitors who have posted impermissible comments once, unless the new posts are also
impermissible (and in such case are removed from the site)
● Permanently blocks page visitors who post impermissible comments a third time.
