Huge thanks to Port Jervis Ambulance, Greenville Ambulance, Blooming Grove Ambulance, Warwick EMS and Tuxedo EMS for assisting our brothers and sisters in Rockland County while they mourned the loss of Spring Valley Firefighter Jared Lloyd by providing standby units for five different towns. It is with deep sadness we report the passing of Spring Valley Firefighter Jared Lloyd. Please continue to keep the family and friends of Jared Lloyd, fellow first responders and members of the Spring Valley Fire Department in your thoughts and prayers.

Your Village Board will once again be bringing you our 2nd Annual Michael Hanson Blood Drive. This year will be honoring a man who gave so much to this community, the irreplaceable Tony Maggio. It is only fitting that two men who had a long career dedicating themselves to public service and safety, should share equal billing.
