It's been an amazing few months for the members of O.C.C.O.B.A. we have had added several new members and have had quite a few members retire. To Officers Davis, Donahue, Rivera, Murray, Sotelos, Dolezal, Lewis, Knowles, Andrikut, Hernandez, Foster sergeants McCord, Marquez, Colbey. Thank you for serving your community for over 25 years of service to the residents of Orange County. May your future endeavors be blessed. I know I missed some people . And we have a lot more retiring soon.

Once again, our Orange County community steps up to the plate to help out our Veterans. Following our post a few days back about the storm damage at the Cemetery, I was contacted by Garrett Nagengast of Pine Bush. Garrett has family here at the cemetery, but also operates a stump grinding business out of Pine Bush. Garrett offered to stop down and grind the
Stumps remaining from the downed trees. He contacted me bright & early on Sunday morning informing me that the stumps are gone.

These signs of caring and compassion towards our veterans and this veteran cemetery cannot go unrecognized. Help me in giving Garrett Nagengast a HUGE shoutout and THANK YOU!
He certainly made our jobs much easier.
