A new Action Alert is live on MosaicAlliedVoices.org, and your voice can make a difference.

For too long, Direct Support Professionals have shared a Standard Occupational Classification with roles that have some of the same responsibilities, but are different.

With your help, that could change. Recently, a U.S. Senate committee unanimously passed the Recognizing the Role of the Direct Support Professionals Act. Now, the bill heads to the Senate for a vote this fall.

About a month ago we had the privilege of putting on our VERY FIRST PROM for Mosaic in Northern Indiana. We had a blast, and it was an incredibly special night. There are so many people to thank: Chick-fil-A Elkhart for donating a wonderful meal, Ritter's Frozen Custard for donating our dessert, the Casey Kiel Creations Painting Dames for providing face painting, Zion Missionary Church for giving us the space we needed, Elkhart Community Schools Elkhart High School NHS students for volunteering your time as well as your decorations, Goshen Police Department and Goshen FD for representing your team so well and treating our people with the dignity and respect they deserve!

As well as MANY other individuals that I can't even start to list.

Because of YOU - many of our individuals can cross "go to prom" off of their bucket list. They were able to experience true community, and had a wonderful time.
