The library had our last summer reading this afternoon and it was Party Day. Everyone floated on in for some dino fun…..we have had a lot of rain. We had a dino egg scavenger hunt, the kiddos got prizes and we had some yummy ice cream cake made by the Dairy Queen in Quinter and donated by Susan Beesley. We would like to thank Becky Tucker for being the craft master this year, thank Cristy Tuttle for the drinks and popcorn, Naomi Hockersmith for treats and supplies and Donna Tuttle for treats. It was an awesome summer! We hope to see everyone next year!

The library had summer reading this afternoon with a story about Curious George, crafts where they made dinosaur Terrariums, and ate some yummy treats with brownies provided by Carrie Mason and Rice Krispie treats provided by Donna Tuttle. It was a fun afternoon! Next Thursday is our final day and it is Party Day! Hope to cya next week!

The Gove City Library held our summer reading this afternoon with special guest Kady from PBS. She read a book, played a show and had crafts for the kiddos. We thank her for coming and sharing with us today. Naomi Hockersmith provided fruit and Donna Tuttle provided cornflake cookies for yummy treats. Thanks ladies!We hope to see everyone next Thursday for some more dino fun. 🦕🦖🦕🦖

The library held our second summer reading program this afternoon. We read about The Dirty Dinosaur, worked with noodles…dinosaur bones and painted eggs for crafts and had s’mores for yummy treats. Next week on Thursday in the library at 3 pm we will have a special guest from PBS. Please come and have some dinosaur stomping fun with us.

The Gove City Library held our first summer reading this afternoon and it was lots of fun! We read a story about Dazzle the Dinosaur, Becky Tucker with two helpers had craft time, and there were some yummy treats with cute brownies provided by Donna Tuttle and family. Hope to cya again next week on Thursday at 3 pm in the library for some more dinosaur fun.
