Over 300 years of combined law enforcement experience has fled Sheriff “Donnie Bidenfield’s” JCSO Agency over the past 4 years. Let that sink in. That experienced officer still lives here in the county BUT most are patrolling other neighborhoods in another County or working for state agencies that don’t respond to crimes for YOU!

Every word will be released. My prayer for those involved “asking for prayer” is that justice be served to You. It was YOUR decision to treat people the way you did. Poor faith action REMOVES qualified immunity. Then~It’s just you and your bad faith actions that has to pay the 6 or 7 figure penalties ?,000,000,000. You are NOT protected by an agency or legal entity anymore - YOU and Your personal estate pays up.
Don’t believe me? Look up case law in Florida Supreme Court for Bad Faith lawsuits and the consequences for not doing Your Job to the best of your ability. They will literally come and take your aquarium from your living room to sell it to pay the judgement against you.

A train has left the station, its boiler stack is blowing red hot/Destination: JaCo. Financial issues and Accountability is loaded in the box cars. It’s already begun in the court. 14 -16 months is going to be bad. JaCo will rebuild out of the aftermath.

Lee Keith for Sheriff of Jackson County tell me how a 60+year old building is supposed to be hurricane hardened? I don't see how it can be. I am by no means a progressive socialist, but looking at a bigger picture, the county still owns the old bottling plant building, and can quit renting so many buildings around town and put all the county offices in it. Have a new sheriff's building it can be proud of, and yes, hopefully that would help retain staff. The Sheriff in any county, doesn't do payroll, but the BOCC does. You spend so much time pointing out what is wrong, but give no fixes. Is our sheriff perfect, no but he is human. Never had a problem getting him on a call. He has well over 30 years of law enforcement experience and he has done a purty good job.ing sd
