Graham Fire Department Graham Fire Rescue is classified as a combination department , comprised of career and volunteer firefighters .

We are blessed with an outstanding staff of fire PROFESSIONALS that have a deep sense of pride in the department and the sincere DEDICATION of maintaining the highest state of READINESS to meet the fire and life safety needs of the City of Graham. Currently our staff includes the fire chief, assistant chief and nine firefighters , three of which are officers. Our volunteer members include eight individuals willing to serve this community for little or no pay.

A broken line of thunderstorms is expected to move across portions of North and Central Texas this evening into the overnight hours. While the severe threat appears low at this time, a few storms may be strong to marginally severe with strong winds, hail, and frequent lightning.

Graham Fire Rescue will be testing the Tornado Warning Siren System today (05/26/26) at 1200 hrs (if situations permit). This is only a test.

Scattered to widespread showers and storms will move across North and Central Texas during the day Thursday bringing a localized heavy rain and flash flooding threat to parts of the region. Most locations will see 0.5-1.5" of rainfall through Thursday night, but a few locations may pick up 2-3+" of rain. If you encounter flooded roadways, Turn Around, Don't Drown!

Showers & storms will spread southeast through the region on Tuesday along a cold front. Some storms may be severe with large hail and damaging winds. Not everyone will experience severe weather, but the graphic shows a rough timeline on when to pay attention.
