I'm writing to inform you that LA Services will be assuming all management contracts of Stephens Utilities as of March 1, 2022 due to business closing. Unfortunately for Stephens Utilities, we can no longer continue business due to unforeseen issues.

I've worked very hard to ensure that this transition would have very minimal effect on *+x-? WSC and customers. LA Services will be given the software and computer hardware to seamlessly support your customers with the only change being a mailing remit address. All customers’ ACH payments will remain unchanged, as well.

I’ve attached an introduction letter from LA Services. They have been servicing the Granbury area since 2017 and have over 50 years of combined managerial experience. It was important to me that a stable company acquired Stephens Utilities so that our customers would transition smoothly and be well taken care of and I’m confident In LA Services ability to provide excellent service. In addition, LA Services will be taking on some of our staff who are already very familiar with your system.

Stephens Utilities’ final invoice will be March 1, 2022 for February services. I’ll be calling you shortly to discuss further, but please contact me with any questions.
