🔴 What are emergency alerts?
Grand County Alerts are emergency messages sent from the Grand County Sheriff’s Office or Office of Emergency Management during large incidents when our citizens and visitors need to take immediate action – like evacuating for a wildfire.
🔴 Who needs to sign up?
Everyone residing or staying in Grand County.
Whether you’re a full-time, year-round resident, or just visiting for a week, sign up to receive Grand County Alerts. Our new system allows visitors to sign up for alerts only during the time they’ll be in Grand County.
🔴 I previously signed up for CodeRED, do I need to sign up again?
YES!
Grand County Alerts uses a new, state-of-the-art system powered by Rave-Motorola and Smart911. Data from CodeRED cannot be imported. It’s very important to register with the new system.

🔴 ¿Qué son las alertas de emergencia?
Las Alertas del Condado de Grand son mensajes de emergencia enviados por la Oficina del Alguacil del Condado de Grand o la Oficina de Manejo de Emergencias durante incidentes de gran magnitud cuando nuestros ciudadanos y visitantes deben tomar medidas inmediatas, como evacuar debido a un incendio forestal.
🔴 ¿Quién debe registrarse?
Todas las personas que residan o se encuentren en el Condado de Grand. Ya sea que sea un residente permanente durante todo el año o que solo esté de visita por una semana, regístrese para recibir estas alertas. Nuestro nuevo sistema permite que los visitantes se registren para recibir avisos únicamente durante el tiempo que permanecerán en el condado.
🔴 Ya me había registrado en CodeRED, ¿debo registrarme de nuevo?
¡SÍ! Las Alertas del Condado de Grand utilizan un nuevo sistema de última generación impulsado por Rave-Motorola y Smart911. Los datos de CodeRED no pueden ser importados. Es muy importante registrarse en el nuevo sistema.
