💧 WATER SERVICE HAS BEEN RESTORED 💧

Water service has been restored following the necessary valve replacement at the intersection of First Street and Oneida Street.

Thank you to everyone affected for your patience and understanding while our crews and contractors worked to complete the repairs.

Our contractor working on the Ridgeview Project uncovered faulty valves during the work that will require a full valve replacement at the intersection of First Street and Oneida Street. This work will result in a significant water outage in the area shown on the map below.

We will provide an update once water service has been restored. Thank you for your patience and understanding while our crews work to complete the necessary repairs.

🌿 REMINDER: Please Keep Yard Waste Out of Your Garbage Bin! 🚫🗑️

Please do NOT put grass clippings, leaves, branches, or other yard waste in your garbage cart.

Yard waste can cause clogs and damage to the garbage trucks, which can lead to delays and service issues for everyone.

🌱 Please use the appropriate yard waste disposal options instead of putting it in your garbage cart.

Storms don't stop Public Works. 💪

After a tornado moved through the Fox Valley, our crews were ready to help.

⚡ Our Utilities Division delivered a large generator to the Fox Crossing Water Treatment Plant to keep water flowing while power was restored.

🌳 Our Street and Park crews worked quickly to clear fallen trees and branches, cut up storm-damaged trees, remove debris from intersections, and reopen roads so they were safe and passable again.

🔧 Our Shop crew kept equipment ready and moving so our crews could stay out working where they were needed most.

We are proud to support our neighbors and grateful for the dedication of our staff who worked long hours to keep everyone safe. Thank you to our Grand Chute Public Works crews for stepping up when our community needed them most.

🚧 Reminder! Town-Wide Storm Branch Cleanup begins today (Monday, August 3)!

If you have branches to dispose of, make sure they’re placed neatly at the curb for collection. Thank you for helping keep our community clean and safe! 🌳

🌳 𝗧𝗼𝘄𝗻-𝗪𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗽 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟯

Public Works has been working diligently to clear storm damage throughout the Town, focusing first on the hardest-hit areas by removing large trees and branches that were brought down during the storm.

Beginning 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟯, Public Works will begin a will begin a town-wide storm branch collection.

To participate, please have your tree branches placed at the roadside by Monday, August 3. Once crews have collected branches from your street, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 for additional pickups.

𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀:
✅ Branches must be 3 to 8 feet long
✅ No branch may exceed 12 inches in diameter or 75 pounds
✅ Stack branches neatly and loosely along the curb or shoulder of the road
✅ Place the cut ends facing the road

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱:
❌ Root balls or stumps
❌ Construction debris
❌ Grass clippings
❌ Thorny brush
❌ Leaves
❌ Shrub trimmings
