We ask parents and caregivers to please avoid giving children old phones to play with, as accidental 911 calls happen often.

If 911 is called by mistake:
✔ Stay on the line
✔ Tell the dispatcher there is no emergency
✔ Do NOT hang up

This helps us ensure everyone is safe and allows emergency resources to stay available for those who truly need them. 💛
