This PFC, reminded us that all though winter is here and is really getting old. We need to keep in mind spring will come again, the sun will shine warmer and the flowers will bloom again. Authenticity: get honest about who you want to be and who you are. Self Silencer, you are in conflict with yourself. Speak up for what you want! Profound cost to physical, emotional self. Gen Z self silences so much. Loudest voices, repeated the most. Conformity- looses our function. Acting in accordance to who you are in that moment. Your success does not hurt me it helps me. Spread the word Inclusion. Self Advocates, the Listen Center, SAS board members and SAMNW are Spreading the word inclusion. At the University of North Dakota student union. Along with spreading the word Inclusion we are continuing to shred the r word and other hurtful words. The only R word we eant to heat is respect. Thank you to everyone who took the time to pledge to not use the r word. Respectful language is key always
