Power is part of a network of over 2,000 community-owned electric utilities that serve homes and businesses throughout the United States. Locally governed by a five-member Board of Directors elected by Grand Haven residents, we serve around 15,000 customers in the greater Grand Haven area. Our distribution system includes nearly 15,000 meters spanning 22.2 square miles, with four substations, 13 miles of high-voltage transmission lines, 112 miles of overhead lines, and 73 miles of underground lines.
