Hall County Housing Authority is looking for a full-time Force Account Specialist – Carpentry to join our team!
If you have experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction, drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, concrete, doors, windows, roofing, or demolition, this may be a great opportunity for you! The job description can be viewed at www.hcha.net.
🔨 Position: Force Account Specialist – Carpentry
📍 Location: Hall County Housing Authority, 1834 W. 7th St., Grand Island, NE 68803
💵 Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour minimum, possibly more depending on experience
🕒 Status: Full Time
We’re looking for someone who:
Has strong carpentry and construction skills
Can work independently and as part of a team
Has general knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical practices
Has a valid driver’s license
Can pass a drug test and criminal background check
