Almost 9 years. They would've hit the 9-year mark this February, but Tristan graduated first — so we're celebrating early. 🎓
Since 2018, Tristan and Dylan have done it all. 🏒🎨🏈
Paintball outings. Annual hockey games. A Husker game. Running the game ball out for the Siege. Middle school into high school. Front row seats on the bus, every single time. And approximately 4,000 photos where Dylan loves to smile for the camera.
Funny enough, they barely said two words to each other on their very first outing. Eight-plus years later? They're much better at it.
Dylan said "yes" to Tristan years ago — and kept showing up, even as his own life grew to include a family of his own. He was there when Tristan got taller than him. He was there for graduation, cheering loud.
This summer marks match closure for these two — but after almost 9 years and this many memories, we know this isn't goodbye. Congratulations, and good luck to this incredible match! 💚
