Happy last day of 2025!

I has been my honor to serve as the chief of your Emergency Services for Columbia Township. Today I conclude 34 years in Fire/EMS with 24 of them being here with you all. I am still teaching EMS at VB Tech. As of midnight tonight John Taylor-Maki will be assuming the mantle of leadership. I pray that you all will support him as you have me.

Stay safe out there!

- Chief Robertson

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001. We honor the nearly 3,000 innocent people who were taken from us that day, including 343 firefighters, 60 police officers, and 8 EMTs who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to others.

Their bravery, selflessness, and unwavering commitment to duty remind us every day why we wear this uniform. We carry their legacy with us in every call, every shift, and every act of service.

At Columbia Township Emergency Services, we will never forget.
We stand united in remembrance, respect, and resilience.
