Wanted: Master of Chaos & Creator of Wonder! 🌟
Position: Lead Preschool Teacher
Location: Eagle View Learning Center
Hours: Full or Part time.
Salary: 16.04-18.00 per hour
Are you a seasoned early childhood educator who loves structure but can pivot on a dime when a toddler decides today is "backward day"? We are looking for an experienced Lead Preschool Teacher who orchestrates learning disguised as fun. If you view early childhood education as a professional career rather than just "babysitting," and you thrive in a dynamic, adaptable, and wonder-filled classroom, you belong on our team!
🎒 What You’ll Do:
Design & Spark: Craft play-based lesson plans that ignite curiosity, foster independence, and make learning an absolute blast.
Guide & Nurture: Create a safe, warm, and structured environment where little minds can confidently explore, make messes, and grow.
Observe & Celebrate: Track developmental milestones and partner with parents to celebrate every "aha!" moment.
Adapt & Flow: Pivot lesson plans effortlessly when a rainy day forces recess indoors or when a teachable moment takes over.
🦸♀️ Your Superpowers:
Experienced: You have at least 2-3 years of lead teaching experience in a licensed preschool setting.
Qualified: You hold a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's in ECE and meet all state licensing requirements.
Proactive: You don’t just watch the kids—you actively engage, anticipate needs, and redirect behaviors with creative flair.
Passionate: You actually enjoy sensory play, circle time, and tying tiny shoes. You see the magic in everyday moments!
✨ The Perks:
Competitive compensation $16.04-$18.00 per hour
Paid time off and generous holiday breaks
Professional development opportunities to keep your skills sharp
A supportive, collaborative, and joyful work environment
