We are looking for an experienced Lead Preschool Teacher who orchestrates learning disguised as fun. 🎒 What You’ll Do:
Design & Spark: Craft play-based lesson plans that ignite curiosity, foster independence, and make learning an absolute blast.
Guide & Nurture: Create a safe, warm, and structured environment where little minds can confidently explore, make messes, and grow.
Observe & Celebrate: Track developmental milestones and partner with parents to celebrate every "aha!" moment.
Adapt & Flow: Pivot lesson plans effortlessly when a rainy day forces recess indoors or when a teachable moment takes over.
🦸‍♀️ Your Superpowers:
Experienced: You have at least 2-3 years of lead teaching experience in a licensed preschool setting.
Qualified: You hold a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's in ECE and meet all state licensing requirements.
Proactive: You don’t just watch the kids—you actively engage, anticipate needs, and redirect behaviors with creative flair.
Passionate: You actually enjoy sensory play, circle time, and tying tiny shoes. You see the magic in everyday moments!

The Kids Aid Backpack Program 🎒 provides free weekend bags of food for children 18 and under, every week of the year, as long as someone may need to use our program.

Have you guys seen this? On the Walmart site. You can choose a recipe, then select how many servings and add all the ingredients into your cart. You can go pick them up or have them delivered to your door. Create a weekly shopping cart and then go back in a delete items that you might have as a staple or essential in your cabinet. Check it out and thank me later!
If you don't shop at walmart then check out your favorite grocery store and see if you can do the same thing. Find a recipe, add the ingredients to a cart and go shopping knowing how much each meal will cost for a grocery budget. For busy families and exhausted parent's you can add it to a cart and have it delivered to your home. More time for your family less stress.
