Our own co-chair took vacation time to test run a mini election. The process is very in depth and tho we had to recheck our human tallied votes, the machines are accurate and we trust the election process and the bipartisan teams that work for Mesa County.

A bipartisan test board publicly tested Mesa County's election equipment this morning in preparation for the June 30, 2026, Primary Election. One test deck of ballots supplied by the county covered every combination and configuration a voter might choose. Each testing board representative also filled out a test deck for a total of three decks. The decks were tallied and tabulated, totals were verified, and adjudication logs were reviewed. Every test ballot in each of the three test decks was scanned and tabulated with 100% accuracy.
